Opening the calculator screen

1. Click the Experiment Tools button.

The Experiment Tools screen opens.

2. Click Calculated Data.

The calculator screen opens.

Creating a calculation

Calculations may be a combination of measurement data, math functions, and text.

Tip: You can create User-entered data using a calculation in a table.

Complete one or more of the following steps in any order to build an expression in the

calculator screen:

Edit an existing

expression

Click the 123 or αβγ button.

Start a new expres-

sion

Click Insert. You can change the name of the expres-

sion from the default.

Insert measurement

data

Click Measurements to insert a measurement data any-

where in the expression.
